- Residents will still be able to receive their mail at Creekside Village, unless they move into permanent housing at which time the resident should complete a Change of Address Form.
- Residents receiving Housing Choice Vouchers are able to use the vouchers anywhere they are accepted.
- Residents will be given adequate notification of meetings.
- Residents will receive boxes for packing items. Please contact your Community Manager (Alexandria Rogers).
- Residents currently residing at Creekside unaffected by the mold testing will be allowed to remain in their unit,
- Until the Agency receives guidance from the application submission
- Until Mold levels increase and become harmful to the residents
- Creekside Village will have monthly testing to determine the presence of
- The Housing Authority of Florence will not knowingly relocate anyone to a drug infested or unsafe environment.
- No Creekside residents will be homeless.
- Please update your Community Manager with your current contact information (include contact number(s) and email address).
- The application for demolition does not mean the Agency will receive approval. The agency must go through the approval process, and therefore, must wait for a response from HUD.
- If you haven't completed the transfer form, please contact management immediately. Residents will be notified of meetings and/or updates by Dial My Calls, text app, or flyers (delivered to units).
